Sorry it has been so long since I’ve done an entry, but I’ve been very busy working on my belly crawling and playing. I have been very busy lately! I love my daddy. He told me he was sad that there weren’t any entries under his category on my blog. So, this one’s for you Daddy!
I’ll start out with a recent picture of me and my daddy. Here we are playing on the couch at my house.
On Sunday, April 24th it was my Great Grandma Sue’s 79th Birthday and we all went out to a fun place where everyone ate really good fried chicken. White Fence Farm is the name of the place. They have animals and lots of other fun stuff, but I didn’t get to see too much because it was raining by the time lunch was over. Here is a picture of my Great Grandma Sue and my Grandma. Mommy got Grandma Sue her pretty roses.
I didn’t eat any fried chicken, but I had a lot of other good food.
After lunch Daddy held me while Grandma Sue opened her gifts.
We had fun that day! Here I am having fun with my aunt Stacey. My future’s so bright I’ve got to wear shades. Mommy bought these to match my swimming suit (she bought matching ones for me and my cousin Alyssa, her Mommy bought cover-ups and sandals for us).
Thats all the update I have for now, and hopefully Daddy knows how much I love him!

Today I got to go to lunch with the girls! After my morning nap Mommy and I picked up Aunt Stacey and we went to NoNo’s for lunch. It is one of Mommy and Daddy’s favorite places to go. Apparently everything on the menu is outstanding and they have great Strawberry Cake. So, we met my friend Hannah and her mommy, Laini. They are fun! Here we are playing with Aunt Stacey’s measuring tape.
Sometimes Hannah wanted to play with it by herself. She is bigger than me so she gets her way. Who can blame her though, that measuring tape is fun!
Hannah is a fun friend to have.

Ok, so apparently I was a little hasty in trying on my swimming suit the other day. This morning Mommy and Daddy and I were going to get ready for church and Aunt Stacey called to tell us that it might be canceled because of SNOW - and it was! There was lots and lots of snow all over the place.
Since Aunt Stacey lives so close she came and spent the day with us. Here is a picture of Cyrano, Stacey and Daddy watching a movie. Sideways was the movie and Mommy isn’t sure how exactly it got nominated for an Oscar, much less won. Daddy thought it was “OK, wasn’t spectacular.” I’m not sure because I was playing and eating lunch during most of the movie. I love to eat. I have tried a couple of new veggies and fruits lately - not too fond of Asparagus, but I like the Papaya, Pears and Mango. Whenever I’m in my feeding seat, I’m ready for food.
Today was such a fun day because Mommy and Daddy and Aunt Stacey were home all day and I had lots of play time. Mommy posted a new movie of me playing today on our family homepage. Man, I had so much fun that by the end of the day I was tuckered out. I love to snuggle with my Daddy in my fuzzy pajamas. He loves me a lot too, I think that’s why it is so fun to snuggle with him.
By the end of the day our porch looked like this. I think we got about a foot or a little more. Wow, what a day!

Its been really warm and nice outside lately. I am really excited about this because summer is just around the bend. Since I was just born at the end of last summer I didn’t get to do any of the fun summer stuff that I’ve heard so much about.
First of all I’m psyched about getting to go swimming. Mommy says she loved to swim as a little girl and I know I’m going to love it too. I pretty much love all water (showers and bathtubs are my only real experience, but I’m sure its not too much different). I especially love my new swimming suit. I am borrowing it from my friend Hannah. We go to church together.
Here is a picture of my suit.
I think its pretty cute, but I think that it looks even better on. I’m still growing so I think it might fit better once the pool opens in a few weeks.
I also wanted to send a special message to my Aunt Jackee. Happy Birthday!!
She turned 23 yesterday and I went out to dinner for her birthday with my whole family and a couple of her friends.
It was fun because we surprised her. The biggest surprise was that my Uncle Buddy (Chad) came back to town from Indianapolis.
He and Aunt Jackee are moving there soon and he’s already out there working. They are really fun, and I’m going to miss them. I’ll also miss Oreo. He’s their dog. I got to meet him when I was only 5 months old and he was 5 weeks old. He likes to lick.
I’m sure we’ll get to visit them when they get all moved out there. In the meantime I try to see them as often as Mommy and Daddy will let me!

Yesterday was a strange day. It started out normal, but a lunchtime Mommy came home and instead of eating at home she picked me and Grandma up and took us back to her office. The grown-ups ate pizza and I ate my lunch there too. It was fun to see Daddy and Mommy and all the people at the office. After lunch I went home and Mommy got to stay while Grandma ran an errand for my Aunt Jackee. Man, being a grown-up gets really complicated sometimes. I’m glad that I just got to play with Mommy and then take a nap! When I got up from my nap Grandma came back and we went back to Mommy’s office. It was fun because Aunt Stacey was there and I got to play with her. She took some pictures of me.
I played on the floor with my toys for a long time and then Mommy, Grandma, Aunt Stacey and I headed over to Aunt Jackee’s house because he needed help packing for Indiana. She and Uncle Buddy are moving there. I’ll be sad to have them so far away. I’m just going to have to visit them then.
We didn’t stay too long at Aunt Jackee’s because it was very close to my bedtime and I was very sleepy. All in all it was a good day. Oh yeah, I also got to practice walking with Mommy before we left her office. I’m not an expert yet, but I concentrate really hard and I’ll master it sooner than later!!

Mommy loves me very much. I know because she tells me all the time and because she spends a lot of time taking care of me. She spent a lot of time today working on some special food for me. I love to eat carrots, squash, peas, avocado, apples, and green beans. I was taking a nap for part of the time and got a little bit scared by the blender, but I’m glad Mommy makes me such yummy food!
This morning, after I woke up, Mommy went to our church to help set up Aunt Stacey’s Sunday school room and I played with Daddy. Mommy and I had a lot of fun today too. She was wearing a red bandana on her head so I wanted to wear one too. I think we look pretty fun, don’t you? Then I got to go to lunch with Mommy, Emilie and Katie, Mommy’s good friends. Katie is Evrett’s Mommy.
Tonight Emilie came back over to my house to hang out with me. I love Emilie, we have so much fun together. Emilie is my good friend. Here we are at knit night a couple months ago.
I don’t have anything else to say tonight – it is past my bedtime and tomorrow is Daylight Savings (Spring forward).

I have 5 grandmas. 3 Greats and 2 regulars. Its a virtual grandmapalooza! Here are pictures of me with each of them. (Just so you know, they are in no particular order.)
Great-Grandma: Marjorie Bandy
Great-Grandma: Peggy Silvey
Great-Grandma; Sue Murray
Grandma: Marsha Beach
Grandma: Kathryn Boone
Here’s the thing: what to call them?
This all started before I was even born (according to Mommy). The grandmas started talking about what they wanted me to call them. Apparently this is a big deal!
First, my Daddy’s mom brought up the fact that she needed to decide what I would call her, which made my Mommy’s mom start thinking about it too. There have been lots and lots of names talked about by the actual grandmas and Mommy and Daddy too. There was Boba, Granny, Gran, Gram, Grammy, Nanny, Nanna, Marmie, Marshmallow, plain old Grandma, Oma, MeeMaw, G-Money, and the list goes on.
Of course Daddy is opposed to “cutesie” names in general, so he’s no help at all.
Finally some decisions had to be made. My Daddy’s grandma was the first to decide on Grammy. Then Daddy’s mom decided on Nanny. Mommy’s grandma has always been and will always be Grandma Sue - even kids who aren’t her grandchildren call her that. Grandma Bandy has so many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who call her Grandma Bandy that I think that’s going to stick. Mommy picked Oma for her mom, but that got tossed almost immediately. So, I guess that she’s the only one who hasn’t decided on a name for herself. I’m still waiting for her final weigh-in.
I’m not sure how all this is going to turn out, we’ll just have to wait and see. (Don’t tell anyone, but I think I’m just going to pick out my own names for them anyway!)
