Here I am, all ready for Easter. My Oma bought me this dress and shoes to match. My Nanny and Grandpa Tom came especially to see me so I was glad to look so cute for them. It was a fun, fun weekend. First when Nanny and Grandpa Tom got here we played and they said how big I’m getting and how smart and strong I am. I’m sure glad they could come! Friday my Mommy and Daddy had the day off of work so we all got to play with Nanny and Grandpa Tom. Mommy, Nanny and I went to the mall so Mommy could get her nails done. While we waited for her Nanny walked around with me. The ladies at the nail shop said I could get my nails painted when I’m a little bit bigger. That will be fun!! Saturday we went to Celestial Seasonings tea factory. I slept on the way to Boulder because I get tired in the car. When we got there I got to play with my Mommy while Daddy, Nanny and Grandpa Tom went on a tour of the factory. I’m glad I didn’t have to go, it sounded really boring. Here is a picture of Mommy and me having fun while we waited. Nanny crocheted this vest for me. It has pretty colors and strings for me to chew on. That Nanny, she’s the best! On the way home from the factory tour we stopped at Target , one of the best stores on earth! Mommy and Daddy bought me the funnest toy ever - an ExerSaucer. I really love playing with this, there are so many fun things to make noise with, feel and put in my mouth. Here I am playing in it! What a day we had! Sunday we went to church and then to Oma and Pop’s house for Easter Brunch. They had a good time and I did too. Here I am with my bunny ears on that my Great-Grandma Sue gave me. Oma really put out a great spread for the grown-ups. I wasn’t too interested in eating my food, I just wanted to spit it out. That’s more fun anyway. I don’t think Mommy likes to get food on her clothes and face though. I was sad to say goodbye to Nanny and Grandpa Tom when they had to go home on Monday morning, but I heard Mommy say that we would see them in May - that seems like a really long time from now (its like 1/4 of my life so far). But Mommy says it will get here before we know it and that makes me really happy!! I’d better go. Its nap time and I get a little cranky without my naps.
